What services does Oak Event Rentals offer?

Oak Event Rentals offers an array of items you might need for any event. From tables, chairs and canopies to Linens, string lights and those catering touches that you might not have thought of. Don't see something you are looking for? Ask and we will try to make it a reality!

How far in advance should I book my rentals?

As soon as you know when your event is. This ensures that the availability of the items for you but also you get your first choice of offerings if you know a head of time

Do you deliver, and if so, what is the fee?

Deliveries within 10 miles of Allendale are a flat rate of $10. After that, all deliveries are $1 per mile.

What happens if an item gets damaged during my event?

While accidents do happen, clients are responsible for all damages or loss that happens during your rental period. Fees for damages will vary based on the replacement or repair cost.

Do you offer set and breakdown services?

Yes, we offer both set up and breakdown for an additional fee. Please reach out via email to coordinate your needs for your event.

How long is a rental period?

Our standard rental period is 24 hours. If you require longer, this can be discussed prior to booking to arrange what is needed
